Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain Splunk/New Relic dashboards for non-prod error rates, slow transactions, and health checks, and correlate logs across services using trace/session IDs.
  • •Monitor CI/CD pipeline runs and immediately flag failed or partial deployments; validate non-prod stability before promotions to production.
  • •Coordinate Epic/Cerner FHIR sandbox health and proactively manage certificate renewals, including third-party stubs and sandbox availability.
  • •Maintain non-prod runbooks (restarts, cache clears, data reseeds, pipeline retriggers) and automate environment health checks, data resets, and smoke tests.
  • •Provide daily non-prod blocker summaries to Scrum Masters, Release Managers, and POs; own escalation when timelines are threatened and convert recurring patterns into actionable backlog items.
