Work with the Development and Alumni Relations Office on the Autumn 2026 Telethon Campaign, connecting with University of Birmingham alumni over the phone to secure charitable donations that support student scholarships, mentoring, and financial help. You’ll meet fundraising and engagement targets, communicate professionally and persuasively, and create personalised thank-you videos through ClipConnect. This hybrid role includes on-campus training and a structured shift rota across the campaign.
