Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering an excellent in-branch experience. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support new account openings and problem resolution while following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. Advance product and service knowledge through training.

•Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring clients to specialists or branch team members.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; support new account openings and problem resolution.
