Deliver exceptional, personalized customer interactions as the first point of engagement in a Lucid studio. Welcome and engage guests, assess needs, educate customers on Lucid products, and guide them through the customer journey, including lead capture and progression. Maintain a disciplined customer pipeline using Salesforce CRM, conduct test drives, and communicate benefits in a fast-paced retail environment while supporting studio operations and brand presence.
