Job Summary

Work onsite in the customs team to support import and export operations for the Monterrey Plant. Prepare and deliver Mexican customs documentation, administer the VUCEM portal for requirements and notifications, and control Annexes 24 and 31. Generate annual customs reports from the bastera system, manage VAT/IEPS-related registrations for suppliers/sub-maquila, and maintain the NEEC program.

•Prepare and deliver documents required by Mexican customs to carry out imports and exports.
•Prepare annual reports for Mexican authorities using data downloaded from bastera, covering imports vs. exports and sales/added values.
•Administer requirements and notifications for operations in the VUCEM portal.
•Control and operate Annex 24 and Annex 31.
•Register and monitor national suppliers and/or sub-maquila for VAT and IEPS certification and maintain the NEEC program.
