Key Responsibilities

  • •Work from a remote home office to provide technical support to employees and customers.
  • •Own new support cases via telephone, email, and web, managing updates and expectations.
  • •Resolve support cases on the full technical stack across cloud, desktop, and IoT to SLA and high customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Exceptional academic track record from high school through university.
  • •Undergraduate degree in a technical subject (preferred: Computer Science, MIS, Electrical Engineering) or a compelling alternative path.
  • •Linux troubleshooting experience, including collecting logs/stack traces and editing configuration files for fixes.
  • •Hands-on or knowledge in 2+ areas: Linux server administration, programming fundamentals, networking, and virtualization/cloud concepts.
  • •Strong written and verbal English communication skills, plus confidence to share ideas and handle customer-facing pressure.
