Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide senior-level oversight of SAM case investigation, documentation, and disposition for escalated triggers.
  • •Oversee case investigations generated via Actimize and FCRM and manage operational performance (volumes, aging, quality, SLAs).
  • •Ensure SAR referral preparation and handle escalations requiring Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
  • •Develop and report KRIs/KPIs for management committees and the Board, translating operational data into risk-focused narratives.
  • •Lead root cause analysis for operational issues and partner to tune SAM rules/scenarios and maintain governance for technology and process enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CAMS) preferred.
  • •Extensive experience in BSA/AML operations, financial crimes investigations, and SAM programs in a regulated financial institution.

  • •Strong working knowledge of Actimize and FCRM enterprise transaction monitoring systems.
