Key Responsibilities

  • •Review plans, specifications, and project documents to develop quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
  • •Prepare estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead costs.
  • •Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes; develop competitive bid proposals and participate in bid reviews.
  • •Analyze project risks, productivity rates, and scheduling requirements; maintain pricing databases and market intelligence.
  • •Conduct site visits, collaborate with field leadership to support progress, resolve project issues, and promote adherence to safety policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of construction estimating and/or project management experience preferred.
  • •Experience in earthwork, utilities, heavy civil, site development, asphalt paving, and related construction projects preferred.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
  • •Strong understanding of construction methods and ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
