Job Summary

Own the enterprise pricing technology roadmap and drive end-to-end implementation of the enterprise pricing platform, including price optimization, quote governance, and CPQ. Stand up an enterprise Deal Desk and build pricing science and analytics for segmentation, elasticity, experimentation, and reporting on price realization and margin leakage. Lead vertical integration across multiple business units while ensuring field adoption across ~450 branches and aligning performance measurement with Finance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the multi-year enterprise pricing technology roadmap, including target-state architecture, build/buy/configure decisions, and vendor/partner management.
•Lead end-to-end enterprise pricing platform implementation, including data foundation, price books, rules engine, price optimization, quote governance/override logic, and CPQ rollout.
•Build and own vertical integration plans across Building Products, Heritage (Pool and Landscape), GMS, and Mingledorff's while defining center-led decision interfaces.
•Stand up the enterprise Deal Desk, including decision rights, thresholds, workflow/tooling/documentation standards, and feedback loops into price books and guardrails.
•Build pricing science and analytics, run pricing experiments, and own value capture/performance measurement with Finance (price realization, margin leakage, and reporting).

Key Requirements

•12+ years across pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, pricing technology, or related commercial leadership roles, including experience building new capabilities.
•Hands-on ownership of at least one enterprise pricing platform implementation (Pricefx, Vendavo, PROS, Zilliant, or comparable) through go-live and value realization.
•Experience standing up or significantly evolving a deal desk, quote governance function, or equivalent commercial capability.
•Demonstrated leadership of quantitative teams (data science/pricing science/advanced analytics) with ownership of methodology and people.
•Experience in B2B distribution (building products, industrial distribution, wholesale, or similar multi-site, field-led environment).
