Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide training and checking across the E190 fleet as a Training Captain, Check Captain, or Simulator Instructor.
  • •Support the pilot group and help shape safety culture within the Flight Training and Checking team.
  • •Deliver high-quality training and ensure high standards of training and operational excellence.
  • •Conduct required checks and assessments to maintain training quality across the fleet.
  • •Participate in simulator instruction to support pilot training and readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •ERJ170/190 type rating with Command experience on type.
  • •Minimum 4,000 total flying hours.
  • •Previous training or checking experience on multi-crew transport category jet aircraft.
  • •ATPL (A) licence issued by an NAA of an ICAO Contacting State, and ability to obtain Australian Certificate of Validation and/or Australian ATPL (A).
  • •Hold a current aviation medical certificate (relevant Class and/or Australian Class 1 requirements), current instrument rating proficiency check, and meet ICAO English Proficiency (Level 5; Level 6 preferred).
