Drive revenue growth by equipping Box Sales Development teams with enablement strategies, training, content, and GTM tools. Manage adoption of key systems like Salesforce and Outreach, leverage Box AI and generative AI for efficiency and personalization, and use sales data to measure ROI and performance gaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute enablement strategies aligned with revenue goals and Sales Development initiatives.
•Design, deliver, and scale instructional programs to improve skills, product/solution knowledge, and competitive insights.
•Manage enablement content and GTM tools adoption, partnering with Sales and Marketing Operations to ensure data hygiene and process compliance.
•Train Sales Development teams to leverage Box AI and modern generative AI tools for prospecting efficiency and personalization.
•Lead onboarding and growth enablement initiatives, deliver group training, and analyze sales data to measure impact and ROI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or sales management, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•Experience coaching Sales Development teams and strong understanding of sales outreach.
•Proficiency with outreach platforms (e.g., Outreach), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and enablement/LMS platforms.
•Strong presentation and facilitation skills for virtual and in-person training and stakeholder communications.
•Ability to write and coach high-converting outbound messaging and analyze lead-to-meeting conversion and sequence/email performance to optimize programs.
