•Support the ongoing success of VRF and ductless products after the sale, partnering with contractor customers and internal teams to ensure proper installation, startup, and commissioning.
•Provide field training and technical support for installation, application, startup, and troubleshooting of VRF and ductless systems.
•Coach and train sales teams and customers on product sales, application, and customer support best practices.
•Troubleshoot product issues, investigate customer concerns, recommend corrective actions, and help drive resolution while communicating proactively with stakeholders and maintaining detailed reports.
•Administer warranty processes and represent the region in the Mitsubishi DSG program, monitoring post-installation performance metrics to improve customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of commercial HVAC experience, or 5 years of commercial HVAC experience in lieu of a degree.
•VRF experience preferred.
•Working knowledge of construction disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and controls, preferred.
•Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, including daily travel with up to 30% overnight travel.
•Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
