Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and architect front-end network fabrics for AI/ML and HPC systems.
  • •Identify and resolve performance and efficiency bottlenecks to improve utilization, latency, and throughput.
  • •Lead cross-functional technical projects integrating diverse software and hardware components to deliver networking technologies.
  • •Collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders to deliver network architectures and features.
  • •Serve as a central point of contact for network reliability issues and represent the company in technical communities.

Key Requirements

  • •Ph.D. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years industry experience, or a Master’s in CS or EE with 15+ years industry experience.
  • •8+ years of experience designing large-scale networks in datacenter and cloud environments.
  • •Extensive experience debugging networking issues in large distributed systems across multiple networking platforms and protocols.
  • •Experience managing and leading multi-phase, multi-team technical projects.
  • •Experience with networking platforms and protocols such as Juniper/Arista/Cisco and VXLAN/EVPN, RoCE, BGP, DCQCN, PFC, and streaming telemetry; familiarity with Python or Go is a plus.
