Job Summary

Serve as a client-focused, sales-driven Personal Banker in a KeyBank branch. You’ll discover clients’ financial wellness needs through in-person and phone conversations, open and support consumer and small-business accounts, and recommend tailored products. Partner with branch teammates and centers of influence to attract new clients and deepen relationships. Ensure compliance with banking, risk, security, and audit procedures while supporting teller line transactions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by engaging with clients and teammates and delivering an impact in clients’ day, personally, professionally, and financially.
•Identify financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
•Open personal and business accounts and related deposit/lending products, including consumer checking, small business accounts, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while driving client acquisition and deepening relationships with existing clients through partnerships and centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation and support of branch operations and teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED or equivalent business experience (required).
•Minimum of 1 year developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (required).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients (required).
