Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture, defining the enterprise roadmap and governance/security/readiness standards for deployment and management.
  • •Serve as the escalation point for Copilot architecture decisions and advise leadership on enterprise AI strategy.
  • •Drive Copilot adoption training by partnering with business functions, and analyze usage patterns to identify underutilized capabilities and adoption gaps.
  • •Own resolution of escalated Copilot and Microsoft 365 tenant issues by engaging Microsoft support and service owners as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Microsoft 365 tenant administration experience.
  • •1+ year supporting Copilot services within Microsoft enterprise tenants.
  • •Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant licensing, configuration, and governance in an enterprise environment.
  • •Working knowledge of Power Platform administration and environment strategy for Copilot Studio and agent deployment.
