Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery of Regulatory Affair Package and Regulatory plan for the project, expediting technical documentation to the Expertizing company and maintaining the Main Delivery register.
•Full control of issued regulatory documents and act as the focal point between JSC and Client.
•Participation in expertizing process and providing answers on regulatory issues; maintain ongoing client contact and attend meetings.
•Ensure compliance with Kazakhstani and international standards, and alignment with project schedule and scope.
•Coordinate regulatory and design-related activities across conceptual, preliminary and detailed design stages.

Key Requirements

•Higher (technical) education; 10 years of experience in the RoK mining engineering sector.
•Practical skills with GOST and SNiP standards; compulsory oil and gas industry experience.
•Ability to work within the defined scope and schedule; experience at conceptual, preliminary and detailed design stages.
•Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulation requirements and local standards, plus international norms.
•Good oral and written communication skills, teamwork, organizational skills and strong reporting abilities.
