Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of Regulatory Affair Package and Regulatory plan for the project, expediting technical documentation to the Expertizing company and maintaining the Main Delivery register.
  • •Full control of issued regulatory documents and act as the focal point between JSC and Client.
  • •Participation in expertizing process and providing answers on regulatory issues; maintain ongoing client contact and attend meetings.
  • •Ensure compliance with Kazakhstani and international standards, and alignment with project schedule and scope.
  • •Coordinate regulatory and design-related activities across conceptual, preliminary and detailed design stages.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher (technical) education; 10 years of experience in the RoK mining engineering sector.
  • •Practical skills with GOST and SNiP standards; compulsory oil and gas industry experience.
  • •Ability to work within the defined scope and schedule; experience at conceptual, preliminary and detailed design stages.
  • •Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulation requirements and local standards, plus international norms.
  • •Good oral and written communication skills, teamwork, organizational skills and strong reporting abilities.
