Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, develop, lead, and inspire a team of innovative and engaged individuals.
  • •Manage local product development and ensure localization of global products to meet market needs and execute revenue-generating product strategies.
  • •Partner with product teams across solutions and value added services on diverse product initiatives, and communicate cross-functionally for consumer benefits, product features adoption, and sales alignment.
  • •Manage CVP performance against business metrics and ensure program performance tracking and forecasts with finance.
  • •Engage with clients and benefit providers to co-create and improve solutions, manage obstacles, and launch new and expanded product variants based on regional requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Plus 10 years of experience in financial and fintech industries leading product individuals/teams and delivering on product development initiatives.
  • •Business-related degree.
  • •Strong understanding of clients’ business and how it aligns with Visa’s strategy.
  • •Project management skills with strong execution to deliver against tight deadlines.
  • •Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and solid interpersonal skills to collaborate across the organization.
