Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the DevOps team to support operations, sustainment, maintenance, and customer/user support across multiple environments and security enclaves.
  • •Direct and manage investigation and resolution of customer issues, system discrepancies, and maintenance activities.
  • •Coordinate software problem analysis, modification testing, and system/security administration, including automated testing and security scans.
  • •Create, maintain, and update operational documentation (e.g., SLAs and SOPs) and manage system level PKI certifications in all environments.
  • •Author Helm charts for deployments to multiple OpenShift environments and manage Infrastructure as Code/configuration management while designing and monitoring user/system metrics.
