Senior Manager - Automated Channels (UAE Nationals Only)

Govern and drive the Tablet Banking & Branch Transformation roadmap to achieve delivery, adoption, migration, and performance targets. Lead channel delivery and KPI monitoring, manage stakeholder alignment across business, IT, operations, product, compliance, and branches, and oversee feature development, digital automation, and technology enhancements. Own production support, triage issues with engineering/testing/support teams, perform root-cause analysis, and support internal/external audit documentation and regulatory governance.
