Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Architecture and Design activities throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring architectural decisions align with platform guidance.
  • •Verify code quality and implementation alignment with design decisions and architecture standards.
  • •Create architectural mechanisms and core components to address platform-wide concerns.
  • •Contribute to estimation and prioritization of work items for delivery.
  • •Participate in coding activities as needed to support design outcomes (up to 50% of the time).

Key Requirements

  • •Must have strong experience in technical leadership and architectural guidance across large software platforms.
  • •Proven ability to coach and mentor engineering staff in software design principles and best practices.
  • •Experience producing useful documentation and contributing to engineering knowledge bases.
  • •Ability to build strategic partnerships inside and outside the engineering organization.
  • •Experience leading architecture and design activities throughout delivery lifecycles and ensuring alignment with platform guidance.
