Own production support for PhonePe services by diagnosing and resolving production software issues, keeping systems stable, and improving monitoring across production and non-production environments. Build smaller enhancements in existing components, automate manual operational tasks using scripting and installers, and maintain an on-call tracking record of investigations and resolutions. Partner with internal engineering and product teams by translating customer feedback into actionable improvements.
