Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, operate, and maintain coiling and related production equipment to meet quality and production standards while following safety and housekeeping requirements.
  • •Work under direction of the Foreman or assigned intermediary.
  • •Set up and operate multiple machines (e.g., mandrel coiling, strip machine, wire mills, milling, serrating, cut-off, Torrington, notching, strip feed, or reel side machine; notching machines; finishing machines; punching devices).
  • •Maintain setups by replacing perishable tooling and keeping machines production-ready.
  • •Inspect your own work to prescribed quality standards and complete required counts, time, and production reporting; notify supervision of problems, delays, quality concerns, or safety issues.
  • •Clean, color, sort, and package inserts/parts as required.
