Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent commercialization in early PD cycle product review meetings and ensure development samples are viable for commercialization requirements.
  • •Collaborate with brand and vendor development, engineering, and production teams to ensure accuracy in pattern, fit, materials, and assembly techniques.
  • •Ensure PD and vendor teams conduct correct laboratory testing to verify product performance.
  • •Lead and track extreme fit trial schedules, reporting progress to cross-functional stakeholders, while keeping timelines on track.
  • •Coordinate downstream readiness by tracking and holding teams accountable to timelines, and align mold tooling and costing validations to planning guidance and yield utilization.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or technical/production environments in fashion, retail, or consumer-facing multinational organizations.
  • •Degree in Textiles or in Eq./Apparel/Footwear related fields.
  • •Subject-matter expertise in footwear, LEAN manufacturing, automation, patterns, laboratory standards, and testing/materials.
  • •Ability to break down complex engineering situations and communicate information clearly in written or verbal form.
  • •Strong knowledge of footwear technical constructions, laboratory testing, material performance, fit and wear, LEAN production, automation, and speed development.
