Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and prioritise the backlog of Oracle Fusion Financials enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives across ANZ modules.
  • •Identify and drive finance process improvements and efficiency opportunities supported by Fusion Financials.
  • •Serve as the primary regional point of contact for Finance and IT stakeholders on Fusion Financials enhancements, issues, and optimisation.
  • •Design, configure, test, and deliver enhancements and process changes aligned to global templates and local statutory/regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage change control and post-implementation support (hypercare), monitor usage/performance/data quality, and track benefits of improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, including 4–6 years hands-on with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (not just E-Business Suite).
  • •Experience delivering Oracle Fusion enhancements, process optimisation, and continuous improvement in a multi-country or multi-entity Fusion environment in ANZ.
  • •Deep functional knowledge across core Fusion Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Tax).
  • •Strong understanding of ANZ statutory and tax requirements and experience configuring/advising on localisation needs within a global template.
  • •Experience with change management, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment of ERP enhancements, plus Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials certifications.
