Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop a team of hourly associates to achieve inspection center production targets.
  • •Oversee safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities, assess strengths/weaknesses, and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • •Engage team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management; communicate expectations and measures clearly.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory, partnering with the General Manager to repair or reject based on cost and vehicle quality.
