Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full lifecycle of AI data projects, including scoping, guidelines creation, delivery, and post-mortem analysis.
  • •Oversee large-scale multilingual data pipelines for data collection (audio, text, image) and LLM evaluation (RLHF, SFT, ranking, safety testing).
  • •Track and report KPIs for throughput, quality (accuracy, inter-annotator agreement, gold sets), and productivity (cost per task, worker efficiency).
  • •Run QA loops with root-cause analysis for quality dips and coordinate corrective training for annotator pools.
  • •Coordinate globally with data experts and crowd pools, manage SLAs, and collaborate with Applied AI Technical Ops to translate technical needs into actionable guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years of project management experience in AI/ML data operations.
  • •Strong understanding of LLM training processes (Pre-training, SFT, RLHF) and evaluation (human-in-the-loop, red teaming).
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to write SQL queries for performance analysis.
  • •Proven experience using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban to manage complex workflows.
  • •Exceptional ability to write clear, unambiguous guidelines for multilingual audiences.
