Key Responsibilities

  • •Protect customer privacy and security by managing NSF/OD and fee retention conversations, following cash handling and dual control guidelines, and adhering to audit and internal control requirements.
  • •Grow consumer relationships by managing assigned Top 500 customers, using marketing campaigns, and advocating for Refer-A-Friend.
  • •Deepen existing customer relationships through onboarding/outbound calling, generating weekly appointments, asking purposeful questions for partner referrals, and uncovering consumer lending opportunities focused on real estate secured.
  • •Drive customer experience daily by serving as the single contact for problem resolution and following the “one to say YES, two to say NO” rule with high conduct and account integrity.
  • •Own personal development through Pathways progression, practicing BUILD/BUILD 2.0, increasing product knowledge, staying current on digital products, and completing required trainings.

Key Requirements

  • •A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals and delivering high client service while meeting operational expectations.
  • •Excellent communication skills with strong listening and solutions-based sales skills, plus exceptional relationship-building.
  • •Technologically savvy: Microsoft Office, internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
  • •Must register and maintain current registration with NMLS (including MU4R), and hold a valid driver’s license with ability/willingness to travel regionally.
