Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for HR support, responding to questions on policies, procedures, programs, benefits, and perks, and redirecting as needed.
  • •Manage and organize new hire onboarding and coordinate with internal stakeholders for a positive onboarding experience.
  • •Lead offboarding, including HRIS changes and updates to payroll and benefits.
  • •Maintain and support HRIS and related processes, researching best practices and driving continuous improvement.
  • •Administer benefits programs with third-party brokers and insurance carriers, process questions and leave of absence claims, and assist with payroll updates and employment verification letters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduate Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources, Finance Statistics, or Information Management.
  • •Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience (including co-op/internship), ideally with HRIS and other HR systems.
  • •Experience with North American benefits administration is an asset.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidence presenting to groups.
  • •Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
