Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents.
  • •Assist the chefs to plate meals, prepare food trolleys and ensure prep areas are clean and tidy.
  • •Monitor stock rotation and comply with COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
  • •Assist with catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
  • •Collaborate with the wider kitchen and care home teams to maintain high dining standards
