Build and nurture relationships with retail banking customers through proactive outreach, follow-up, and multi-channel engagement (in person, by appointment, and virtually). Assess customer needs, maintain knowledge of deposit and loan products (including digital/self-service tools), provide an optimal client experience, and support account openings, service requests, and credit applications while collaborating with branch teams to deliver operational accuracy.
