Job Summary

Lead and optimize global reverse logistics and RMA workflows across data centers, driving end-to-end operational efficiency from planning through execution. Manage day-to-day warehouse activities (inbound/outbound, RMA, transfers, stock takes) and oversee self-warranty, retrofit, refurbishment, and GPU repair center operations. Standardize processes and documentation (SOPs, guidelines, controls), collaborate across logistics/procurement/quality/finance, analyze key return metrics, and support risk mitigation and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning, development, and implementation of end-to-end RMA and reverse logistics processes across IDCs to ensure workflow efficiency.
•Manage warehouse day-to-day operations including inbound, outbound, RMA, transfers, and stock takes.
•Drive self-warranty, retrofit, refurbishment, and reverse logistics processes; influence hardware replacement cadence for data center launches.
•Standardize and document processes (SOPs, guidelines, control points) to improve transparency, compliance, and repeatability.
•Collaborate cross-functionally (logistics, procurement, quality, finance) to optimize reverse logistics, spare parts management, and inventory reconciliation; monitor key return and inventory metrics and support risk management and improvement projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, and/or commercial field (or equivalent practical experience).
•3+ years’ experience in reverse logistics, particularly decommissioning and RMA-related work.
•Proven global supply chain operations experience in hyperscaler environments.
•Knowledge of data centers and strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
•Experience with process documentation, SOP development, and system integration; strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
