Senior Manager Channel Demand Planning (Shanghai, SH, CN)

Lead accurate demand planning across channels and align top-down demand plans with channel targets and GCA strategy. Translate account ambition into buy guidance using Net Sales and Sell-out targets, build account demand rolling plans, and coordinate channel execution. Identify buffer buy opportunities, support mitigation planning for OTB gaps, provide inputs to SP milestones, and manage inventory development, including cross-channel inventory transfers. Report on category/channel alignment using tracking heatmaps.
