•Construct proposal narratives and documents that drive business.
•Partner with business and technical stakeholders to pursue long-term opportunities and execute capture, pricing, and outreach strategy.
•Manage and write responses to international government and customer requests for white papers, product/company information, quotes, and proposals.
•Develop proposal strategy using regional, cultural, and customer context; provide global/regional/country considerations and ensure coordination.
•Support and implement strategic pricing across products and business lines and coordinate with engineering to represent technology accurately.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000

Key Requirements

•Excellent writing skills with the ability to generate large documents on short timelines.
•Experience digesting complex ideas into clear concepts for stakeholders across levels.
•Significant experience with international Government solicitation processes.
•Minimum 3 years supporting international proposals, including FMS/DCS, international B2B deals, and consortium/foreign country domestic proposals.
•Experience working cross-culturally and communicating clearly with non-native English speakers, especially in writing.
