Key Responsibilities

  • •Own monthly inventory subledger-to-general-ledger reconciliations, investigate variances, and prepare related journal entries and close support.
  • •Calculate and account for inventory rebates, wafer manufacturing yield losses, allocations, freight, tariffs, and other inventory-related costs per company policy.
  • •Execute monthly lease accounting for global data center and office leases under ASC 842, including journal entries, reconciliations, rollforwards, payment schedules, and flux analysis.
  • •Maintain lease population completeness by partnering to identify new agreements, amendments, terminations, and payment changes.
  • •Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for inventory, manufacturing cost, and lease accounting, and maintain process documentation/control evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, semiconductor, hardware, or infrastructure-intensive environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including inventory valuation/costing under ASC 330 and lease accounting under ASC 842.
  • •CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
  • •Strong NetSuite and Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling; Power Query or lease accounting systems/automation is a plus.
