Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics.
  • •Support new joiners throughout their journey, from offer letter through their first day and beyond.
  • •Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • •Support international teams with onboarding, mobility, and day-to-day HR processes.
  • •Create HR letters, reports, and documents and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in HR, Management, or a related area, or hands-on experience demonstrating the required skills.
  • •Fluency in French is mandatory for supporting HR operations for France.
  • •Strong, clear, confident, and approachable communication skills.
  • •A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to bring structure where needed.
  • •Confidence using Excel, Word, and Outlook (Workday/ServiceNow experience is a plus).
