Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and oversee quality production programs and verify production compliance with standards.
  • •Investigate customer complaints, test samples/returns, and complete paperwork and product dispositions in JDE.
  • •Perform routine and daily physical properties testing (e.g., shrink, haze, laser hole, planarity) and record results in SQC Pack/SPC software.
  • •Support internal auditor activities for ISO 9001 and SQF standards and assist QA Manager with audits; be proficient with HACCP.
  • •Manage lab calibration and preventive maintenance, handle product holds/disposition reviews, and prepare monthly return and scrap reports.

Key Requirements
