Job Summary

Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services from our Sheffield office to existing and new clients, covering CDM and H&S Management. Develop and improve client systems, provide expert Principal Designer support, manage legal responsibilities under CDM regulations, build strong client relationships, and ensure timely, quality, and profitable project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand clients’ needs and proactively identify solutions to their challenges to ensure service excellence
•Provide expert advice and, where required, act as Principal Designer and manage legal responsibilities under CDM regulations
•Establish positive relations with existing and new clients to gain confidence and become a trusted advocate
•Represent Turner & Townsend professionally including meetings, negotiations, and timely correspondence with clients
•Manage commissions to ensure client expectations and Turner & Townsend requirements are met while maintaining project profitability

Key Requirements

•NEBOSH Construction Certificate
•Full UK driving licence
•NEBOSH Diploma Level (or equivalent)
•GradIOSH or equivalent
•Experience as a Principal Designer
