Client Relationship Consultant 3 (Banker) - Shaker Square Office

Build and foster trusted relationships with customers by engaging them in-person, by appointment, and virtually to understand their banking needs and channel preferences. Maintain expert knowledge of consumer and business deposit and loan products, provide an optimal client experience, and recommend solutions that align with each customer’s goals. Open new accounts, process service requests, submit credit applications, and educate clients on emerging digital and self-service banking options while partnering with the branch team to deliver operational accuracy.
