Key Responsibilities

•Deliver one-on-one coaching to help relationship managers translate knowledge into practical skills and enhance insurance sales capabilities.
•Train core competencies across the full sales process, including execution of phone appointments, in-depth KYC, case solution and closing.
•Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify core strengths of INSH products and develop aligned sales strategies.
•Collaborate with stakeholders (relationship managers and product teams) to maximize empowerment for distribution channels.
•Assist in execution of compliance review processes and due diligence to ensure risk control requirements are met.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in sales force in the insurance domain (China)
•Board-based knowledge of the Insurance business and China practices
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua)
•Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relationship management
•Ability to lead, inspire and develop teams to deliver business performance
