•Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and execute corrective repairs to keep downtime minimal.
•Conduct air quality testing (e.g., particle counts, oil content, dew point) and provide accurate test results and recommendations.
•Respond to customer inquiries with on-site/remote troubleshooting guidance and provide customer training on equipment operation and maintenance.

•Strong troubleshooting with mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
•Native-level Japanese; basic English preferred, plus a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Japan.
