Supervisor I

Lead store floor supervision in a customer-first, high-energy retail environment, driving personal sales while coaching the team to hit sales and KPI targets. Build client relationships to improve repeat purchases and VIP retention, model brand service behaviors, and support recruitment, onboarding, and development. Oversee opening/closing procedures, POS and inventory accuracy, and omnichannel initiatives including live-stream shopping, social media engagement, and customer data capture.
