Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide IT support to users on site at client locations and collaborate with senior engineers
  • •Utilize a ticketing system to manage and track support queries
  • •Maintain and update technical documentation and adhere to organizational change control procedures
  • •Assist with basic administration of Windows Server platforms and Active Directory
  • •Periodic travel to customer office locations within the metropolitan area as required

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of IT experience (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, or Systems Administration)
  • •End user and desktop support for Windows, Microsoft Office, desktop and mobile device troubleshooting
