Lead daily store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, monitor KPIs to support sales and profit goals, and model selling behaviors with a consumer-centric mindset. Ensure operational excellence across merchandising, visual standards, inventory flow, and loss prevention while upholding company policies and safety procedures. Partner with the Store Manager to foster an inclusive, high-performing store culture and community engagement.
