Supervise execution of fund services activities including redemptions, switching, time deposits placement, in-house transfers, and related client payments before cut-off times. Monitor account opening processes and ensure timely, accurate completion. Build strong client and internal team relationships, maintain high service standards, and improve service quality to protect the bank’s financial and reputation risk while driving operational efficiency in Securities Services.
