Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all supply chain activities to deliver value-add service to the business.
  • •Report supply chain performance metrics and drive process improvements to best practice.
  • •Lead around 15 direct reports, including day-to-day management and development.
  • •Capture forecasts into the planning process, aligning procurement, manufacturing, and resource allocation to meet customer demand.
  • •Manage the supply chain side of new product introductions and contribute to S&OP scenarios linking sales, capacity, and stocks.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related subject.
  • •Proven supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Significant experience in people leadership and leading a team.
  • •Direct experience working with SAP in a planning and manufacturing context.
  • •Proficient Excel skills handling large datasets.
