Job Summary

Drive marketplace and platform growth by refining market performance monitoring and translating insights into localized retention and growth strategies. Lead ongoing performance reviews across supply-demand trends and campaign effectiveness, implement optimization initiatives, and maximize ROI through budget ownership for designated markets. Partner with BI & Analytics on scalable data/analytics solutions and collaborate with city teams and cross-functional departments to meet business and team objectives while maintaining strong user experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Refine market performance monitoring and management framework to drive market growth using data analysis and market intelligence.
•Develop regional driver and user retention/growth strategies and localize plans to market-specific actions.
•Review longer-term supply-demand growth and campaign effectiveness; collaborate with BI & Analytics on scalable data and analytics solutions.
•Conduct ongoing performance reviews and lead optimization initiatives such as user promotions and engagement initiatives to grow platform demand and active users.
•Own the online platform budget for designated markets and maximize ROI of campaigns and initiatives while collaborating with city teams and functional departments.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in Operations or a similar analytical role in a high-growth start-up environment.
•Experience working with, analyzing, and presenting findings from large data sets.
•Proven track record of effective project management with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.
•Knowledge of Hindi is highly desirable (team management experience is a plus).
