You’ll oversee a ~15-person design team, align design priorities with business goals, build a scalable design system, and partner with executives to advance healthcare design leadership and cross-functional impact.

•Lead product design across maternity, fertility & family building, parenting & pediatrics, and menopause; guide AI-native product experiences
•Build and champion a cohesive design vision, design system, and brand across consumer and enterprise products
