  • •Drive conversion, member engagement, and clinical outcomes through design, not just aesthetics
  • •Be a credible voice in executive forums, articulating design decisions in terms of growth, retention, or clinical quality
  • •Lead product design across maternity, fertility & family building, parenting & pediatrics, and menopause; guide AI-native product experiences
  • •Build and champion a cohesive design vision, design system, and brand across consumer and enterprise products
