Job Summary

Lead SAP PMO delivery across transformation, enhancement, and production support—driving an integrated portfolio plan with real schedules, dependencies, and deployment strategy. Own testing across SIT, UAT, and regression; lead cutover planning with command-center readiness and go/no-go decisions; and partner with the business to drive change management and adoption. Manage and develop the PM team across Delivery & Project Management, Testing, Cutover & Deployment, and Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

•Own delivery across SAP transformation, enhancements, and support to keep all workstreams moving together.
•Lead and develop the PM team; set fit-for-purpose ways of working and governance to keep delivery on track.
•Drive the integrated plan and timeline, coordinating schedule and deployment strategy across SAP, legacy IT, data, and business performance.
•Own test strategy and execution across SIT, UAT, and regression with entry/exit criteria and defect management.
•Own cutover and deployment (planning, mock cutovers, command center, and go/no-go decisions) and drive change management and adoption across releases.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of SAP experience with both senior leadership and hands-on delivery, including leading teams and doing the work.
•Demonstrated success implementing SAP-led transformations across multiple full lifecycle programs.
•Hands-on S/4HANA experience required; building products industry experience strongly preferred.
•Experience leading teams delivering projects, enhancements, and support simultaneously.
•Experience overseeing a broad application portfolio including SAP Commerce Cloud, SuccessFactors, and Concur, plus integrated non-SAP applications like Coupa, Vertex, and Apex.
