Job Summary

Lead classified and unclassified digital technology (DT) project execution from initiation to close using Agile and/or Waterfall. Plan and deliver DT scope for enterprise programs and site initiatives, managing EVMS/CAM, KPIs, schedule, budget, risks, and change control. Operate within REPM using Planview and Jira for intake, forecasting, and reporting, while coordinating cross-functional delivery and ensuring DFARS, CMMC, RMF, and JSIG compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead DT project execution across classified and unclassified Raytheon environments, driving delivery from initiation through close.
•Plan and deliver DT scope for enterprise programs and site initiatives, including components supporting real estate/project delivery and facilities deployments.
•Own scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement; run change control, enforce quality gates, and enable cross-team delivery.
•Manage risks and dependencies, lead mitigation plans, and escalate when needed; present performance and corrective actions.
•Ensure DFARS, CMMC, RMF, and JSIG compliance, create/control project documentation aligned to REPM and portfolio processes, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.

Key Requirements

•University degree (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
•Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance prior to start; U.S. citizenship required.
•Experience executing Agile and/or Waterfall projects.
•Experience managing complex DT scope with multiple stakeholders and leading in roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager.
•Experience with cost, schedule, and risk management and coordinating compliance with site security and GSS.
