Key Responsibilities

  • •Own growth strategy for a portfolio of 100–150 creators by segmenting opportunities and risks to maximize impact.
  • •Design and run 1:many programming (cohort sessions, office hours, workshops, and templated growth plays) to reach the portfolio.
  • •Lead high-value 1:1 strategy sessions with priority creators to grow communities, increase revenue, and deepen use of platform tools.
